Year 2024: A Year of Transformation and Structuring for Starfox Analytics

2024 was a pivotal year for Starfox Analytics. By structuring our agency and laying the foundations for future growth, we have not only consolidated our achievements, but also paved the way for new opportunities. With a committed team, high-performance tools and a clear vision, we're ready to make 2025 an exceptional year.

Growth paving the way for the future with +50% sales growth

2024 was a year of significant transformation for Starfox Analytics. While our sales have reached almost 800 k€ excluding VAT (+50% compared to 2023), the road to get there has required us to overcome many challenges.

Solid financial performance and controlled management

  • Sales 2024: 800 k€, a remarkable +50% growth compared to 2023.
    This growth is based on a controlled balance between retaining existing customers and acquiring strategic accounts.
  • Customer satisfaction up sharply: The renewal rate has jumped to 70% (from 27% in 2023), reflecting both the quality of our deliverables and our obsession with tracking customer satisfaction. Our NPS scores even exceed 90%!
  • Robust cash position: With 10 months' cash burn capacity, despite the structuring investments undertaken in 2024, our solvency is solid. What's more, the reduction in outstanding receivables has reinforced the stability of our cash flow, positioning Starfox Analytics to approach 2025 with serenity.

⚠️ The median invoice payment term is 37 days. While 20% of our customers pay within 20 days, a still significant proportion(36% of invoices) pay in more than 50 days, suggesting room for improvement to optimize management of outstanding amounts and accelerate the cash flow so important to our growth. All the more so as we pay our service providers immediately on receipt of invoice.

Structuring investments to prepare for 2025

In 2024, we made major strategic investments, including a complete overhaul of our visual identity and website, the production of marketing materials such as customer testimonial videos, and the optimization of our internal tools. These initiatives had a common goal: to transform Starfox Analytics from a "small player" into an ambitious, credible brand in its market.

  • Redesign of our visual identity: New logo, graphic charter, design system, website and goodies to reinforce our quality image.
  • Optimization of our internal tools: Thanks to Camille's work, we have developed a production tool based on Notion, integrating automations and alerts to guarantee proactive and precise monitoring of projects.
  • Marketing investments: Production of videos, creation of new decks, and reinforcement of our communication tools.

These initiatives, while temporarily impacting our profitability, are laying the foundations for a structure capable of sustaining rapid growth and accommodating new business volumes.

Our customers and flagship projects in 2024

Our efforts have been rewarded by the renewed confidence of our long-standing customers and the acquisition of major new projects. Here are a few outstanding examples:

  • Messika: We helped this luxury house to optimize its tracking, by ensuring data compliance and reliability.
  • Le Figaro: After an initial successful project involving data collection via proxyfication GA4, we have extended our collaboration to include onsite SEO assignments.
  • Stand Privé: Full audit of the GTM container, implementation of Facebook CAPI on the server-side, and performance optimization.
  • B&B Hotels: Development of advanced analytical solutions to better exploit user data.

Thanks to these projects, our customer renewal rate has doubled this year, reaching 60%, compared with 27% in 2023.

An evolving team

The year 2024 was also marked by changes within the team. We grew to 8 employees, with two consultants no longer producing for customers directly:

  • Camille (Head of Operations): Responsible for process optimization, customer satisfaction and setting up our production tool.
  • Édouard (CEO): Focus on structuring projects and global supervision, although this has reduced the time devoted to sales prospecting.

In addition, our network of freelancers has grown considerably, integrated through fluid processes (onboarding, workflows, rituals) that guarantee rapid, high-quality execution for our customers.

Starfix: a crucial apprenticeship for the future

The year 2024 was also marked by a major challenge: the launch of Starfix, our alerting solution for monitoring tracking and media tags. Although initial feedback confirmed the interest in this type of product, we had to face perception obstacles

Clear ambitions for 2025

Despite the challenges, we look to 2025 with confidence and determination. Our goals are ambitious: to achieve sales of €1.5 million, with a margin of 30%. To achieve this, our strategy is based on three pillars:

  1. Strengthen our ETI and key account customer base through a structured sales strategy.
  2. Diversify our offer with régies, budget envelopes, and recurring services like Starfix.
  3. Optimize our operations via a hub in Morocco, bringing competitiveness and agility.
