One of the main motivations for subscribers is to be able to access a specific partner or practice a precise activity while benefiting from the flexibility of the network. To achieve this, Urban Sports Club seeks to identify in real time the partners, cities or types of sport that arouse the most interest among prospects. The challenge is twofold: prioritize the most relevant partner signatures by city or country, and adapt the offer to maximize conversions to membership.

Within two weeks, the Starfox Analytics teams had set up a system for analyzing search behavior on the site (searches, filters, selections). A clear definition of a "satisfactory" search was established based on user engagement (select_item / view_search_results). Data was analyzed along key dimensions (city, country, sport category, volume of results, selection rate) to identify gaps between the existing offer and user expectations. Today, this approach enables Urban Sports Club to optimize its partner signings and direct its local development investments where demand is strongest.
