Optimizing conversion feedback in GAds and Meta
To improve the performance of its digital campaigns and fine-tune its management, Kang called on Starfox Analytics to optimize conversion feedback in GA4, Google Ads and Meta. The main objective was to obtain a complete view of conversions, even in the absence of consent, while strictly complying with regulations. The aim was to enable better attribution of advertising performance and reliable conversion tracking, without compromising user privacy requirements.

Track 100% of conversions at campaign level
Two separate pipelines have been set up: one for consenting users, the other for non-consenting users, with strictly anonymized data. For the latter, only aggregate conversions at campaign level are reported, without any personal data or user identifiers. A "last click non-direct" attribution model was deployed to associate each conversion with the right traffic source. This resulted in a +60% increase in the number of conversions tracked, a -23% reduction in cost per conversion, a +19% increase in ROAS, and a +41.2% increase in conversions attributed to Meta.
